Making time currently is 10 days as each piece is made and assembled by hand in our home studio.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address attached to your order. Once we have dispatched your item and it is in the hands of Australia Post, we no longer hold responsibility for it.
If you choose Express Post, please be aware that this does not speed up making time. If you need you order in a rush, you can purchase our Rush Order listing and that will guarantee you order gets pushed to the top of the making list.
Please keep in mind during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and sale events, processing and making time can take up to 14 days before your order is shipped. It can then take 5-8 days to arrive to you according to the AusPost website but can sometimes take longer.
RETURN POLICY /WARRANTY POLICY
As each V and Me piece of jewelry is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to their custom nature.
Your V and Me Custom item/s come with a 1 month warranty
from date of purchase which covers the replacement of any damaged connecting links.
Your V and Me Custom Designs warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, tarnishing, damage and breakage due to wear and tear or improper use of your piece.
Replacement or repair is at the discretion of V and Me Custom Designs and charges will apply for the repair of pieces deemed outside warranty.
V and Me Custom Designs pieces are very fine and delicate and should be worn with care.
To the extent permitted by law ( including Australian Consumer Law) V and Me Custom Designs reserves the sole right to judge whether or not an item of jewelry has been subject to ordinary wear and tear.
Postage costs are not covered by V and Me Custom Designs. You will need to send us back your original piece and include a reply paid envelope so we can send you back your new piece. We recommend that you post your item with tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.
